Biography

“Born on August 19, 2000, in Ukraine, he was adopted by an Italian family in 2003 and raised in Rome. During his Classical Lyceum studies, he developed a deep passion for Greek and Roman culture, philosophy, and the arts. In 2023, he graduated in Cinema from Roma Tre University with a thesis titled “Analysis of Semiotics in the Harry Potter Film Saga.” Since 2026, he has been pursuing a Master’s Degree in Philosophical Sciences at Roma Tre University.”

“I make films to look closely at what is fragile in us — silence, memory, the invisible weight of a gesture. My storytelling begins from the human face and the tension between what is spoken and what is only felt. I work with long stares, natural light and a restrained camera, letting time breathe until an image starts to remember something on its own. Cinema, for me, is neither escape nor decoration: it is a philosophical instrument — a way to interrogate reality, to give shape to thought, and to turn passion into a form of care for the world.”
